1. Once logged into HAC, use the drop-down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of HAC to select the appropriate child.
2. Select the circle next to the child’s name and click Submit.

3. Select the Registration menu item.
4. Select the Update Enrollment tab.
5. Click Start next to Athletic Registration Form.
6. Complete all required fields

Please note: Your child is not cleared to participate in athletics until you receive an email that says everything has been reviewed and approved. Additionally, if you receive an email stating your form has been rejected, please reach out directly to the Athletics Director at your child’s school for assistance.

Registering Additional Children:

1. Use the drop-down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of HAC to switch between your children.
2. Select the circle next to the child’s name and click Submit.
3. Navigate again to the Update Enrollment tab in the Registration menu.
4. Complete the form for each student athlete in your household.

The Athletic Activity Fee is used to provide funds to help subsidize interscholastic athletic programs at the middle school level.

There is a one-time clinic fee of $35.00 per student, which must be paid before participation. This fee covers a sport-specific, skill-based clinic. At the conclusion of the clinic, students will have the opportunity to try out for the school team, which will compete against other middle schools in the county. Students selected for the team will be required to pay an additional non-refundable fee of $30.00 before participating in interscholastic games.

The fee can be paid online during the registration process. Families can also work with their school to pay the fee. Online payment is preferred. Contact your school’s financial secretary or athletic director if you have additional questions.

Online registration information and instructions are available on the athletics page of each middle and high school. A current physical is required for participation, and the completed physical form (including the physician’s signature page) must be uploaded during the online registration process. The preferred physical form can also be found on the athletics pages. Physical examinations must be completed by the family physician or another qualified healthcare provider and are valid for 14 months from the date of the exam.

Yes. A student must maintain a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale with no more than one failing grade.

Families of students who qualify for free or reduced lunch are encouraged to contact their child’s school to discuss available options.

No. If a student does not wish to participate in the clinic, which is to help students further their skills, they do not need to do so. Clinic participation is highly encouraged.

All 6th grade students are eligible to begin the school year. Returning 7th and 8th grade students must meet the eligibility requirement from the previous 4th quarter – a student must maintain a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale with no more than one failing grade.

No. There are no guarantees regarding playing time. The decision is left entirely up to the discretion of the coach.

Refunds will be given for injuries only. If a student quits or is removed for disciplinary reasons or ineligibility, no refund will be given.
